Oneya Fennell Okuwobi is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of Cincinnati. Her research interrogates how diverse organizations affect racial inequality. She also serves as teaching pastor at 21st Century Church, a church plant in Cincinnati, OH. She is the author of Who Pays for Diversity?
