In addition to pastoral counseling, Christ City partners with mental health professionals to offer therapy and mental health resources.

If you’ve ever wanted to get therapy but haven’t known where to start, or been overwhelmed by insurance or all of the options out there, we have a Counseling Consultant who offers free assistance to help you navigate the process.

Christ City is excited to host Garden City Center in our office space.
Garden City Center, LLC offers individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions with therapists Ashley Bauman (Licensed Professional Counselor), Stacey Mayo (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), Trina Leary (Licensed Graduate Social Worker), and Ly Tran (Licensed Professional Counselor).
All are Christians and offer expertise in the Christian faith and the spiritual journey as part of the therapy work; though clients do not need to affiliate with any faith.
Their areas of expertise include: individual, couple, premarital counseling, spiritual concerns, depression, anxiety, grief, boundaries, identity development, self esteem, communication skills, marital and personal relationship struggles, career discernment, family issues, and sexual/gender concerns.
